SPPD (Society for Poor People Development) has a permanent registration number under the Foreign Contribution regulation Act (FCRA), allowing us to receive funds from outside of India.  Contributions are exempt from tax under Section 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act.  Our commitment to transparency and accountability ensures that the end use of funds is clearly identifiable in all activities and at all times.
